researching masks and making them

I found this video about the Commedia Dell Arte which i found really interesting. They showed most of the masks for the troupe which I've briefly sketched in my sketch book so that i can attempt to make my mask tomorrow. I'm hoping that we don't have to stick to just Pulcinella as i really like some of the other characters. My favorite i think are Tartaglia and Dottoie.
I hope my mask making goes OK tomorrow i will write in as to how i do after . So watch this space!!!!!!
Now i made my mask and i am really happy how it tuned out.
The process of making this mask, i shall explain;-
First of all we made a plastic face on the heat wrap thing ( cant remember what it is called!!!)the next stage is to make your clay mask over the plastic face i modeled mine on one of the troupe from the commedia dell arte actually  i kind of modeled mine on two or three of the troupe and made one .
I think i would have made the nose bigger but had to be careful not to make under cuts as there would be a problem getting the mask out of the mould without it breaking.
then mix up the plaster and drip the plaster while it still runny over the mould and then keep building up the layers till you have a big mound . Make sure that all the clay is covered then leave preferably over night to dry.
