A group effort of the Vermeer wall part 2



 The cobbles are made by using a large piece of card ,drawing the cobbles on then cutting them out with a scalpel blade. Then place the card on to the wood that is to be the base ground then tape the card down then with a trowel add the artex over the stencil flatten it of so it is reasonably flat but a little bumpy.then lift up the stencil and place in the next position and repeat the process.
This is a stage futher on from the last lot of photos that i entered . The brick walls have been done by drawing in the bricks then taping off the gapes inbetween with masking tape adding coloured artex then pealing off the masking tape once this is all dry add paint of a few difrent colours of reds ,browns and yellows.
