Once we have the measurements of our Actor ( mine is Mikki) We then have to alter the block pattern to fit our model. This is my problem area as i have such a problem with numbers but i 'll get it done mainly by holding the pattern up to Mikki and alter the fount and back neck line.
Then i need to draw the pattern up with the seam allowance of 1cm all around.When i am satisfied with the pattern cut it out then arrange it on the material making sure that the grain line is facing in the correct direction.Pin the pattern to the material and cut it out carefully. Now nearly ready to sew!!!!!
